Principal Product Manager - Identity and Access Management

Responsibilities

• Set portfolio strategy and define the long-term product roadmap for Snowflake’s IAM ecosystem
• Architect IAM features that allow autonomous agents to securely access systems and take action
• Simplify the admin and end-user experience for authentication and authorization
• Partner with Distinguished and Principal Engineers to drive alignment across a technical organization of 50+ engineers
• Mentor junior PMs and establish product values and quality standards

Requirements

• 10+ years of technical product management experience in IAM, cloud platform infrastructure, or enterprise security
• Proven background operating at hyperscale cloud or identity companies (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks, Okta)
• Experience navigating identity and data governance challenges for LLM orchestration or agentic workflows
• Track record of leading 0-to-1 infrastructure initiatives from concept to global deployment
• Strong technical depth to collaborate with elite engineering leaders
• Strategic business acumen to manage complex platform investments and architectural trade-offs
