Principal Product Manager (Hyperscalers)

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end execution of assigned customer programs, aligning internal development timelines with hyperscale customer expectations.
• Drive volume ramp and supply coordination by working closely with supply chain, manufacturing, and capacity planning teams.
• Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) processes, including tracking engineering samples, lead times, and build status.
• Lead cross-functional coordination across Product Line Management, Design Engineering, Applications, Operations, Quality, and Sales.
• Identify program risks, develop proactive mitigation plans, and establish execution dashboards and KPIs.
• Provide transparent status updates and data-driven recommendations to leadership regarding schedule, quality, and supply.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor product management, product marketing, or operations.
• Strong understanding of NPI processes, supply chain operations, and volume ramp execution.
• Proven experience managing complex, high-visibility customer programs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Excellent communication, organization, and executive presentation skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to create structured execution dashboards.
