About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for HR Service Delivery, specifically focusing on ServiceNow HRSD and workflow automation.
  • Define and improve the end-to-end digital experience for employees and managers, emphasizing self-service and guided support.
  • Design HR workflows across the employee lifecycle to support a tiered service model.
  • Lead product requirements, user acceptance testing (UAT), and pilot programs for AI-enabled and automation use cases.
  • Advance AI-assisted service delivery by partnering with AI and automation teams to align with digital workforce strategies.
  • Ensure seamless integration and alignment across the HR ecosystem, including ServiceNow, Workday, and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Partner with HR operations, shared services, and Centers of Excellence to align platform capabilities with business priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR Technology, service delivery platforms, or product management.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD or a similar case management platform.
  • Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday or other major HR platforms.
  • Strong understanding of HR shared services and service delivery operating models.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and the application of automation in service delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Experience designing end-to-end workflows and digital employee experiences in a global enterprise environment.
