About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the partner solutions vision, strategy, and roadmap for Office Print Solutions.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize partnership opportunities with ISVs, SIs, cloud/platform partners, and workflow providers.
- Lead partner solution discovery, including customer problem framing, joint value propositions, and success metrics.
- Own end-to-end execution for partner solutions, coordinating technical integration, launch readiness, and post-launch optimization.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, adoption, and retention to guide investments.
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) plans, including positioning, pricing, and marketing programs.
- Partner with sales and field teams to provide training, playbooks, and partner-ready collateral.
- Monitor market trends and competitive ecosystems to influence product roadmaps and build/buy/partner recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, partner management, alliances, or business development within a B2B technology environment.
- Proven track record of delivering partner-integrated products that drive measurable business impact.
- Expertise in building and scaling strategic partnerships and managing cross-company technical integrations.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with print, document workflow, managed services, or adjacent enterprise software ecosystems.
- Experience managing technical integrations involving APIs, security, identity, and cloud services.
