Principal Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own a closed-loop growth system including creative intelligence, signal strategy, and measurement
• Build systems to predict, score, and generate high-performing creative
• Define and evolve platform signals such as CAPI and Events APIs
• Develop model-driven budget allocation and execution automation
• Own incrementality, MMM, and causal measurement frameworks
• Partner with VP Marketing, Data Science, and Engineering to drive alignment

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management
• 5+ years building products integrated with paid social advertising platforms
• Hands-on depth with Meta, TikTok, and YouTube APIs
• Experience building creative intelligence, DCO, or multivariate testing infrastructure
• Deep expertise in designing MMM, MTA, or incrementality frameworks
• Experience in influencer or creator product development
• Strong technical fluency to lead engineers and data scientists
