Principal Product Manager, Fraud & Responsible Gaming

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and KPIs for Fraud & RG Systems
• Drive product lifecycle from ideation through delivery and optimization
• Partner with Finance, Risk, Compliance, Design, Commercial, Fraud and Operations
• Lead innovation in preventing and identifying risk within Fraud and RG
• Oversee strategy and product management, optimizing user experience and system performance
• Champion the use of data, analytics, and AI to drive customer engagement and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, UX/UI, Operations, Commercial and senior leadership

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in product management
• Proven success owning end-to-end product lifecycles
• Skilled in agile/iterative methodologies and product discovery
• Data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence at the executive level
• Experience delivering in complex, matrixed organizations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sports betting, online casino, fintech, or highly regulated consumer industries
• Recognized thought leadership
