Principal Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and technical execution for Cogentiq Underwriting, an AI-powered intelligence solution for the insurance industry
• Write high-fidelity technical PRDs for Agentic AI workflows, translating unstructured data into structured decision intelligence
• Design "Glass-Box" UX interfaces that provide explainable AI insights and transparency for underwriters
• Lead client-facing "Bootcamps" to configure products and map API integrations with legacy systems like Guidewire or Duck Creek
• Build economic value models to translate technical accuracy gains into commercial ROI and reduced loss ratios
• Bridge the gap between deep AI research and practical commercial insurance workflows

Requirements

• 10-12 years of professional experience, with at least 5+ years in Product Management, Technical Product Ownership, or Platform Engineering
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM or Quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or Finance)
• Proven experience with LLM systems, Agentic AI workflows, and scaling AI/ML products in production
• Deep knowledge of Commercial P&C insurance workflows (Submission, Risk Assessment, Quote)
• Proficiency in SQL and tools like Postman for validating technical integrations and querying databases
• Experience working within B2B SaaS environments and managing complex client-facing deployments

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or MS in Data Science or Artificial Intelligence
• Experience with document extraction technologies such as OCR or IDP
• Familiarity with core insurance platforms like Guidewire or Duck Creek
• Experience in a "Forward-Deployed" or high-growth startup environment
