Principal Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Direct AI infrastructure investments and strategic roadmaps, balancing enterprise risk with rapid scale.
• Own the end-to-end agent development lifecycle, including prompt definition, versioning, and deployment stage gates.
• Drive developer experience and platform adoption by providing self-service capabilities and clear APIs.
• Evaluate emerging AI models, frameworks, and vendor tools to navigate build-versus-buy tradeoffs.
• Foster a culture of AI fluency and engineering excellence by mentoring domain teams on platform best practices.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience leading internal platforms, developer tools, or infrastructure.
• Technical fluency in CI/CD, APIs, and observability.
• Proven experience managing infrastructure as a rigorous product domain, including SLAs and deprecation cycles.
• Ability to read code and understand technical dependencies to earn engineering trust.
• Demonstrated track record of driving platform adoption and managing stakeholder alignment across organizational boundaries.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering platform capabilities to globally distributed engineering teams.
• Background in health tech, regulated industries, or enterprise environments with strict governance (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
• Experience evolving platform capabilities from internal infrastructure to external-facing products.
