About the role

About the Company

At Fellow, we’re on a mission to help people brew ridiculously good coffee at home. We are a brand built on innovation, community, and culture, focusing on beautifully designed kettles, grinders, and brewing accessories.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product vision and long-term roadmap for Fellow’s brewing platform, including machines, accessories, and ecosystem features.
  • Drive qualitative and quantitative research with home baristas and prosumers to uncover needs and opportunities.
  • Own PRDs and requirements from early concept through launch, working closely with R&D and Product Engineering.
  • Make explicit tradeoffs between cost, complexity, performance, and schedule.
  • Lead cross-functional pods across R&D, Product Engineering, Firmware/Software, UX, Industrial Design, Operations, Marketing, CX, and Sales.
  • Own key elements of go-to-market strategy including positioning, messaging, pricing, and launch sequencing.
  • Define success metrics such as adoption, NPS, margin, and attach rates.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of Product Management experience, specifically as a senior individual contributor.
  • Proven track record of shipping successful consumer hardware products.
  • Demonstrated ability to own a product line P&L-level view (pricing, margin, mix).
  • Strong technical fluency working with hardware, firmware, and software teams.
  • Experience working with brand and marketing teams on premium consumer product positioning.
  • Exceptional communication skills for executive and board-level audiences.
  • Deep customer empathy and passion for coffee brewing quality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in coffee, kitchen appliances, or prosumer devices is a strong plus.
