About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for diner engagement and high-profile strategic partnerships.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Business Development, Legal, and Finance to evaluate and capture enterprise partnership opportunities.
  • Own end-to-end product development, using customer insights and data to prioritize investments and optimize outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Design and Engineering to deliver intuitive, high-quality consumer experiences.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with external partners to drive alignment on shared objectives.
  • Establish success metrics and lead hypothesis-driven experimentation to optimize conversion and user retention.
  • Communicate complex roadmaps and performance metrics to executive leadership and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8 years of product management experience with a strong focus on B2C products.
  • Proven experience negotiating with partners and evaluating strategic partnership trade-offs.
  • Expertise in managing marketplace product dynamics across scaled web and mobile ecosystems.
  • Strong technical aptitude for handling API-driven integrations and complex ecosystem trade-offs.
  • Experience defining product data success metrics and executing multi-platform user experimentation frameworks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing product strategy for multi-million dollar consumer services, payment networks, or enterprise reward programs.
  • Ability to advocate for user experience interests when negotiating with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
