Principal Product Manager, Deal Sourcing

Responsibilities

• Define the AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap to increase adoption and engagement
• Identify opportunities for product innovation by working backwards from the customer journey
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch to end-of-life
• Collaborate with design, engineering, data science, and adjacent product teams
• Define product roadmap prioritization and create business cases for new opportunities
• Own measurable business and customer outcomes, including success metrics and performance monitoring
• Partner with engineering to evaluate technical feasibility and system architecture dependencies
• Partner with design to evaluate solutions against UX principles and advocate for intuitive experiences
• Establish structured customer feedback loops using user interviews, support tickets, and analytics
• Mentor team members within the Product organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience as a product manager or in a similar impact-driven role
• 8+ years of customer-driven product management experience (strategy, roadmaps, stakeholder alignment)
• Experience influencing senior and executive leadership through data-driven insights
• Experience in data products, analytics platforms, or B2B SaaS at scale
• Proficiency with tools such as SQL, Tableau, MixPanel, or FullStory
• Understanding of system architecture, data pipelines, and technical trade-offs
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Post graduate degrees or professional certifications
• CFA, CAIA, or significant financial industry experience
