Principal Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy and own the roadmap for high-priority areas such as mobile, AI-powered assessment, or agentic enterprise integration
• Translate customer insights and market trends into integrated, scalable solutions for millions of global learners
• Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation and analysis through development and launch
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to deliver cutting-edge AI-powered product features
• Leverage data and customer feedback to inform decision-making and continuous product improvement
• Mentor peers and contribute to the growth of a high-performing product organization

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, with significant experience in assessment, measurement, or skills validation products
• Proven experience building, using, or shipping AI-powered or LLM-integrated products
• Deep understanding of skill and competency measurement and the ability to define evaluation frameworks at scale
• Strong external communication skills with the ability to represent product methodology to enterprise customers and regulatory reviewers
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, or startup-like environments while maintaining high rigor

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in psychometrics, learning science, industrial-organizational psychology, or talent assessment
• Familiarity with the EU AI Act and its implications for high-risk AI systems in employment contexts
• Experience with human-in-the-loop calibration workflows or working with SME panels
• Prior experience with skills-based hiring platforms or enterprise skills frameworks
