Principal Product Manager, Core Platform, Ventura TV OS

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for core platform capabilities, including system-level UX, setup, settings, profiles, privacy, and compliance
• Define platform requirements for hardware, memory, performance, and security
• Partner with OEM, ODM, and SoC partners on hardware/software integration and roadmap alignment
• Establish platform standards for onboarding, authentication, consent, and data handling
• Lead Ventura TV OS privacy and compliance initiatives in collaboration with legal, policy, and engineering teams
• Define certification requirements and validation processes to ensure device quality and performance standards

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in platforms, operating systems, or device ecosystems
• Experience working with OEMs, ODMs, SoC vendors, or complex hardware-software ecosystems
• Strong understanding of how hardware, OS, and platform services integrate at scale
• Proven ability to translate regulatory, privacy, and compliance requirements into technical platform capabilities
• Ability to operate at both a strategic and deeply executional level in cross-functional environments
