Principal Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define an ambitious, long-term vision for the consumer experience and deliver a focused roadmap
• Set and defend high standards for the homeowner experience across web and app
• Partner with Engineering to remove technical and organizational blockers
• Own the full consumer funnel including discoverability, conversion, trust, and retention
• Build and raise standards for high-performing, cross-functional product teams
• Align the product roadmap to commercial outcomes and champion the consumer

Requirements

• Extensive experience in senior product roles with end-to-end ownership of consumer-facing products at scale
• Proven track record of improving conversion, engagement, and retention
• Ability to articulate a clear, ambitious product vision
• Strong execution skills and experience driving delivery with Engineering
• Deep analytical rigor and commercial fluency using experimentation and funnel analysis
