Principal Product Manager, Billing and Workflows

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end process from problem discovery to solution delivery
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Operations to translate user problems into solutions
• Prioritize initiatives using data and business context
• Simplify complex workflows like policy management, billing, and coverage changes
• Create user-friendly experiences for agents, landlords, lenders, and internal employees

Requirements

• Proven experience as a builder who takes ideas from inception to launch
• Strong system-thinking skills to untangle complex user flows and dependencies
• Design-oriented mindset with experience using Figma for wireframes and mockups
• Ability to synthesize stakeholder needs and make decisive product calls
• High bias towards action and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
