About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and refine the AI strategy for Global Procurement, balancing immediate business needs with a long-term technology vision
- Translate strategy into a sequenced, actionable roadmap aligned with productivity targets and enterprise risk posture
- Lead hands-on innovation by designing, building, and iterating agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, UiPath, or Moveworks
- Drive rapid innovation cycles, including ideation, prototyping, and proof-of-concept (POC) development
- Partner with IT, Security, and Enterprise Architecture to ensure AI solutions are scalable, governed, and enterprise-ready
- Advise leadership on AI trends, risks, and opportunities, serving as a trusted advisor for the Global Procurement team
- Mentor and enable business users on the practical and responsible adoption of autonomous AI solutions
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Computer Science, or an equivalent field
- 8–12+ years of experience in AI strategy, digital transformation, advanced analytics, or intelligent automation
- Hands-on experience developing agentic AI or automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, UiPath, or Moveworks
- Proven track record of delivering rapid POCs that successfully transition into scaled production environments
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving outcomes through expertise and partnership rather than formal authority
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional certifications or advanced education in AI, machine learning, or digital transformation
- Strategic problem-solving skills with a strong bias toward execution and experimentation
- Familiarity with Procurement, Supply Chain, or Operations environments
