Principal Product Manager, AI

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for JustCall's AI portfolio, including AI Voice Agents (AIVA) and AI Conversation Intelligence.
• Translate customer problems into sharp product bets through deep discovery, listening to real calls, and running user sessions.
• Partner with Engineering and AI leadership on architecture tradeoffs, model selection, and evaluation frameworks.
• Define and own the quality bar for AI experiences, focusing on accuracy, latency, and minimizing hallucinations.
• Drive go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, including pricing and positioning.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in SaaS, AI/ML, or platform products.
• Proven track record of shipping AI-powered products at scale, such as agentic systems or LLM applications.
• Strong technical fluency in RAG architectures, prompting strategies, model selection, and evaluation frameworks.
• Deep customer empathy and the ability to translate messy user signals into actionable product decisions.
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where AI capabilities evolve rapidly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in adjacent spaces such as CCaaS, CPaaS, CRM, or sales engagement tools.
• Experience navigating a platform transition from legacy SaaS to AI-native architectures.
• Background in shipping voice or telephony products, with an understanding of latency and real-time orchestration.
• Founder instincts with a bias toward high ownership and lean operations.
