Principal Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Power Analog and Discrete Products through silicon validation and characterization
• Prepare and oversee project, validation, qualification, and material control plans
• Manage bench setups for silicon validation and define or automate testing processes
• Analyze data, prepare technical reports, and debug problems in an organized manner
• Mentor and supervise junior engineers while tracking project progress
• Ensure devices are manufacturable and correctly integrated into production systems
• Drive cost reduction activities through margin data analysis

Requirements

• BSEE degree and 10+ years of experience in a related field
• Proven ability to lead teams and develop comprehensive project plans
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with multiple programming languages
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Programming experience in LabVIEW, C++, MATLAB, or Visual Basic
• Experience with RF Products, Modules, Discrete Products, or Power Devices
• Knowledge of Silicon Carbide, High Voltage (600V to 3.3kV), or Semiconductor Manufacturing
• Familiarity with automotive industry requirements and automated test equipment
• Understanding of and compliance with QS9000 / TS16949 standards
