Principal Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Set the vision for the Global KYC Onboarding platform, creating scalable design patterns and reusable components to streamline customer onboarding across all regions
• Partner cross-functionally with Group Product Managers, Engineering Leads, Analytics Leads, researchers, and content designers
• Bridge global and local needs by collaborating with design leaders across regional teams in Europe, APAC, and the Americas
• Transform complex regulatory requirements into smooth, user-centric experiences that balance compliance with ease of use
• Build a foundation for a platform that reduces friction for millions of customers while saving significant operational costs

Requirements

• Proven experience leading design teams within complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Ability to balance high-level strategic vision with hands-on execution
• Strong UX portfolio demonstrating both strategic thinking and detailed design execution
• Experience working in regulated industries or designing B2B platforms
• Customer-obsessed mindset with the ability to navigate business and regulatory constraints
