Responsibilities

• Define and drive long-term product vision and design strategy across key product areas
• Lead complex, ambiguous design initiatives end-to-end from exploration to shipping
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and ML/AI leadership to shape roadmaps
• Set design excellence by defining systems, standards, and quality benchmarks
• Pioneer AI-driven design approaches to accelerate team velocity
• Mentor designers through feedback, critique, and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Design experience
• Portfolio demonstrating high craft and systems thinking
• Graphic design skills for brand and product cohesion
• Experience developing long-term product visions and roadmaps
• Expertise in defining design systems and standards at scale
• Fluency with AI and new technologies
• Ability to operate effectively on a small, fast-moving team
