Responsibilities

  • Own the product experience end-to-end, from shaping ambiguous problems to shipping high-quality solutions
  • Act as a core product partner, shaping direction with PM and engineering
  • Set design direction across multiple product surfaces to ensure coherence and quality
  • Prototype rapidly using AI tools like Lovable and Claude to build, test, and iterate on flows
  • Translate validated concepts into Figma for full state coverage and production readiness
  • Own and evolve the design system, including component architecture and interaction patterns
  • Influence product strategy at the leadership level and shape roadmaps
  • Mentor and grow other designers, elevating their craft and judgment

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product design experience
  • Proven track record of shipping end-to-end across web and mobile
  • Deep Figma proficiency including component architecture and design tokens
  • Comfort working with AI prototyping tools like Lovable or Claude
  • Experience leading design across multiple product surfaces or teams
  • Experience shaping product strategy at a leadership level

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building or evolving scalable design systems
  • Track record of mentoring and growing other designers
  • Deep product sense and ability to connect design to business outcomes
  • Experience with data visualization and complex information architecture
  • Consumer or luxury product design experience
  • Fintech or financial services experience
  • Experience at a company during a critical scaling phase
