Principal Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Own the design vision and interaction architecture for specific product areas, ensuring coherence across features and releases.
• Lead end-to-end design processes from ambiguous problem spaces to shipped outcomes, including stakeholder alignment and measurement.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to influence roadmaps, investment priorities, and architectural trade-offs.
• Drive design quality through critiques, reviews, and direct contributions to maintain high craft standards.
• Mentor senior and mid-level designers to shape their problem-solving approaches and execution.
• Bridge product strategy and design by translating business goals into actionable design direction.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and systems-level craft in Enterprise or B2B SaaS.
• Mastery of complex enterprise interaction design, including workflows, data-dense interfaces, and role-based experiences.
• Strong Figma proficiency and deep fluency with design systems, including token architecture and scalability.
• AI fluency, including an understanding of AI architecture, agents, and the ability to design for AI-native products.
• Proven ability to lead design direction and align cross-functional stakeholders around a design point of view.
• Strong strategic communication skills for presenting to senior leadership and influencing organizational direction.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with agent-assisted development or building functional prototypes to validate ideas in code.
• Deep understanding of AI infrastructure, such as agent orchestration, tool-use patterns, and context management.
• Experience designing for complex operational domains like manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or retail.
