About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve a multi-year design vision and strategy for Atria's operational and clinical experiences.
- Lead design for high-impact initiatives from concept to launch across mobile, web, and in-practice touchpoints.
- Evolve Atria's design system into a scalable, world-class language to ensure brand consistency.
- Integrate service design thinking to connect digital tools with physical member experiences.
- Drive the use of qualitative and quantitative research to inform design decisions and validate concepts.
- Partner with product, engineering, and clinical teams to align design direction with strategic goals.
- Establish and track design KPIs related to clinical engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Requirements
- 10+ years of design experience, including ownership of strategy for complex digital or service experiences.
- Mastery of UX, visual design, and interaction design principles with an exceptional portfolio.
- Proven track record of scaling design systems across multiple product areas.
- Expertise in industry-standard tools including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Expertise in utilizing AI throughout the design process, including prototyping and handoff.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to influence executives and cross-functional partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in health tech, consumer wellness, or other high-engagement industries.
- Experience designing for high-touch or luxury service environments.
