Responsibilities

• Define, champion, and evolve a multi-year design vision and strategy for the Atria operational and clinical experience
• Lead design for high-impact initiatives from concept to launch across multiple platforms
• Evolve Atria's design system into a world-class language ensuring scalability and brand consistency
• Drive the use of qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions
• Partner closely with peers in product, design, data, and engineering to align design direction
• Establish and track design KPIs tied to clinical and operational engagement

Requirements

• 10+ years of design experience including ownership of complex digital/service experiences
• Proven track record of delivering design work that drives business outcomes and user delight
• Mastery of user experience, visual design, and interaction design principles
• Experience setting multi-year design vision and scaling design systems
• Expertise with industry-standard design and prototyping tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Expertise in using AI throughout the design process
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in health tech, wellness, or other high-engagement industries
