Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in user experience design
• Experience in interaction design for medium to large-scale products
• Strong theoretical knowledge of design and trend observation
• Solid product and interaction thinking skills
• Ability to integrate design across online and offline touchpoints
• Bachelor’s degree or above in a design-related field
• Strong execution skills to produce multiple design directions
• Excellent comprehension and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Web3 or crypto industry experience
• Experience in user growth design, motion design, or visual design
• Overseas study experience or prior work in a major internet company
