About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with multiple studios to provide hands-on production leadership, implementing processes for planning, tracking, and milestone delivery.
- Lead and support the concept incubation and greenlight process, helping teams shape ideas and prepare pitches for product approval.
- Develop and evolve the company's Development Framework by iterating on best practices based on studio and business feedback.
- Drive Product Group initiatives, tracking progress against roadmaps and communicating risks and plans across engineering, QA, marketing, and business development.
- Serve as a mentor for producers, helping resolve complex challenges and elevating team capabilities.
- Manage release schedules and milestones for both boxed and live service games.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional game industry experience with multiple shipped titles on console and PC.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality games across Indie, AA, and AAA development lifecycles.
- Strong experience with concept development and the product greenlight process.
- In-depth knowledge of production methodologies including Kanban, Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall.
- Experience with Live Operations and Games as a Service (GaaS).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across diverse disciplines and stakeholders.
