Principal, Procurement – Programs and Function

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a procurement performance management framework aligned with business objectives
• Own performance governance, reporting cadence, and continuous improvement cycles
• Establish clear KPIs across cost, quality, delivery, risk, and sustainability
• Lead the execution and governance of strategic cross-functional procurement programs
• Translate strategic initiatives into structured, multi-workstream programs with clear milestones
• Establish governance mechanisms to track and validate value delivery, including productivity and cash improvement
• Build analytics to support performance management and program decision-making
• Serve as a liaison between procurement leadership and key enterprise stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Risk Management, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in procurement, strategy, transformation, or program management
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in global organizations
• Deep understanding of procurement processes across the source-to-pay lifecycle
• Expertise in program governance, performance management frameworks, and value delivery tracking
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels within a matrixed environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CPSM, CPIM, or PMP
• Experience working extensively in highly matrixed, global environments
• Demonstrated high learning agility and ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members
