Principal, Procurement – Programs and Function

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a procurement performance management framework aligned with business objectives
• Own performance governance, reporting cadence, and continuous improvement cycles
• Establish and track clear KPIs across cost, quality, delivery, risk, and sustainability
• Lead the execution and governance of strategic cross-functional procurement programs, including cash improvement and supply chain financing
• Translate strategic initiatives into structured programs with clear milestones and accountability
• Establish governance mechanisms to track and validate value delivery, such as productivity and innovation
• Build analytics to support performance management and leverage spend and supplier data for insights
• Serve as a strategic liaison between procurement leadership and key enterprise stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Risk Management, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in procurement, strategy, transformation, or program management
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs within global organizations
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end source-to-pay lifecycle
• Expertise in program governance and performance management frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• High level of fluency in spoken and written English

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CPSM, CPIM, or PMP
• Extensive experience working within highly matrixed, global environments
• Demonstrated high learning agility and ability to influence senior leadership
