About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy standardized delivery playbooks, including standard work, stage gates, and checklists for GigaScale site delivery.
- Lead Lean/Six Sigma-style initiatives to reduce cycle time, rework, and variation across construction and commissioning workflows.
- Define and maintain KPI/OKR frameworks to track delivery performance, such as milestone predictability and first-pass yield.
- Facilitate value stream mapping and root-cause analysis to eliminate recurring schedule and quality issues.
- Partner with site delivery teams to validate process changes in the field and ensure sustained adoption.
- Standardize expectations and interfaces with general contractors, trade partners, and commissioning agents.
- Embed risk management and compliance practices into the end-to-end delivery lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in process development, operational excellence, or large-scale construction/commissioning environments.
- Demonstrated ability to build standard work and implement stage-gate governance.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in metrics definition and data interpretation.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with hyperscale data center delivery or mission-critical facilities.
- Lean/Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt).
- Familiarity with project controls, including schedule performance and risk management.
- Proficiency with data and workflow tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Smartsheet.
