Principal Pre-Sales Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead pre-sales functional and solution architecture expert for Oracle supply chain management opportunities, including EBS and Fusion Cloud SCM.
• Lead solution design activities for strategic pursuits, ensuring alignment with customer business objectives and target-state architecture.
• Partner with sales and executive leadership to shape RFP/proposal responses, presentations, and customer workshops.
• Conduct discovery sessions and fit-gap analyses to understand current-state processes and transformation objectives.
• Develop strategic functional roadmaps, implementation project plans, and organizational change management plans.
• Coordinate the product management function for Oracle SCM project-based services and application managed services (AMS) offerings.
• Identify and articulate practical applications for GenAI within the Oracle SCM landscape to improve supply chain outcomes.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in supply chain, distribution, warehouse management, and related operational functions.
• Deep expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions.
• Proven experience leading or supporting at least five global rollouts.
• Hands-on experience serving as a project lead or team lead for supply chain transformation programs.
• Ability to translate complex business processes into software requirements, functional designs, and solution architectures.
• Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer engagements and strategic pursuits.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
• Six Sigma certification or similar process improvement credential.
• Oracle SCM implementation certifications.
• Practical experience applying GenAI to Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM or adjacent enterprise business scenarios.
• Experience defining service offerings or go-to-market motions for consulting or managed services organizations.
