About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Copilot Studio agents to support business workflows, knowledge discovery, and automation.
- Integrate Copilot agents with enterprise systems using Power Automate, Dataverse, Microsoft 365, and approved connectors.
- Enforce Power Platform governance, including environment strategy, Managed Environments, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
- Manage the full agent lifecycle from intake and development through testing, deployment, and optimization.
- Support application lifecycle management (ALM) practices and controlled promotion across environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and architects to align agent capabilities with enterprise strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents).
- Expertise in Copilot Studio agent design and lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of ALM, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of security and compliance controls including Entra ID, OAuth2, and Data Loss Prevention.
- Familiarity with Dataverse, Azure OpenAI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
- Strong development skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, or Python.
- Required certifications: PL-400 or PL-600.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: AI-102, AZ-204, SC-300, PL-300, or AZ-305.
- Experience with the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) to support platform governance.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 tenant and service readiness.
