Principal Power Electronics Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and development of advanced power conversion systems for EV charging infrastructure
• Drive innovation in power electronics to support high-power charging deployments
• Oversee the full hardware development lifecycle, from initial concept and topology selection to prototyping and validation
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams to ensure high-quality hardware execution

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Deep expertise in power converter topologies and advanced power electronics design
• Proven experience with high-power hardware design and implementation
• Strong understanding of power conversion efficiency, thermal management, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)
