About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-visibility, mission-critical programs for the Power Modules business unit from planning through market launch
  • Partner with Marketing, Engineering, and Manufacturing to define program requirements and internal goals
  • Develop and manage execution plans, including schedules, budgets, risk analysis, and mitigation strategies
  • Oversee project scope and deliverables, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams and optimizing program performance
  • Serve as the primary communication focal point, providing regular status updates and escalating critical risks to stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement by conducting post-release lessons learned activities to enhance future programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's, MBA, or PMP certification is an advantage)
  • Minimum of 15 years of industry experience with strong practical project management expertise
  • Background in silicon development or electronics systems design
  • Proven success leading large, complex hardware or silicon development projects
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams through indirect management and influence
  • Ability to manage multi-site and multi-geographical development environments
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and adapt to change under pressure
