Responsibilities
- Own the technical health and escalation outcomes for Strategic Accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Act as incident lead for Sev1 and Sev2 events, managing coordination and customer communication.
- Define escalation criteria, account-health models, and cross-team interfaces to standardize the function.
- Maintain the technical blueprint for accounts, including data setup, integrations, and security context.
- Drive product adoption through technical reviews and enablement sessions.
Requirements
- Experience managing strategic, high-value B2B accounts.
- Proven track record leading incident response or major escalations under pressure.
- Ability to communicate technical facts and trade-offs clearly to executive stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in legal AI, legal tech, or a regulated professional-services domain.
