Responsibilities

• Own the technical health and escalation outcomes for Strategic Accounts, serving as the primary point of escalation.
• Act as incident lead on Sev1 and Sev2 events, managing coordination, customer communication, and resolution.
• Define and own escalation criteria, account-health models, and cross-team interfaces.
• Maintain the technical blueprint for each account, including data setup, integrations, and security considerations.
• Run technical reviews and enablement sessions to deepen product usage and unlock value.
• Partner with Engagement Managers on Quarterly Business Reviews to tie technical health to business outcomes.
• Coordinate escalations between Platform Consultants and Technical Platform Experts.
• Manage high-stakes cases in the L2 queue for assigned Strategic Accounts.

Requirements

• Experience owning strategic, high-value B2B accounts.
• Proven track record of leading incident response or major escalations under pressure.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both executives and engineers.
• Experience building frameworks and scalable processes rather than temporary workarounds.
• Background in legal AI, legal tech, or a regulated professional-services domain is a strong plus.
