Principal People Team Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Go-To-Market (GTM) leaders to drive organizational design, talent management, and change leadership initiatives
• Develop and implement proactive HR solutions that align with business goals and strategic priorities
• Serve as a strategic business partner, linking People strategy directly to business outcomes
• Build and scale programmatic solutions in areas such as workforce planning, engagement, and talent management
• Lead large-scale change initiatives and navigate organizational complexity and ambiguity
• Act as an influential leader who drives decision-making through empathy and strong business acumen

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in People/HR roles
• Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically as a Business Partner
• Proven track record of building and implementing scalable programs from the ground up
• Experience leading large-scale change initiatives within an organization
• Strong business acumen with the ability to develop business cases for People initiatives
• Demonstrated success using AI as a strategic force multiplier to enhance productivity and operational efficiency
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver difficult messages effectively in person
