Principal People Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic thought partner and advisor to VP+ leadership teams within the Product and Technology organization
• Provide executive coaching to senior leaders regarding leadership mindset and approach
• Develop and execute talent strategies, including succession planning and leadership development initiatives
• Identify organizational problems using Workday data and implement impactful people solutions in partnership with Centers of Excellence (CoEs)
• Drive the execution of talent programs such as compensation, talent assessment, and organizational effectiveness projects
• Collaborate closely with global PBP peers across EMEA, APJ, and North America to ensure organizational alignment

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the HR function
• 8+ years of experience in a strategic HR Business Partner (PBP) role
• Proven experience partnering with VP+ level leaders in a global capacity
• Ability to work from a Workday office at least 50% of the time

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and create clarity for stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate complex discussions and decision-making
