Principal Partnership Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop joint GTM strategies aligned with business objectives and partner capabilities
• Lead end-to-end execution of multi-channel co-marketing campaigns including webinars and digital demand gen
• Craft compelling joint messaging, value propositions, and sales enablement materials
• Own lead generation targets and pipeline contribution from partner channels
• Coach and support partners on marketing best practices and asset utilization
• Define KPIs and provide regular reporting on marketing influence and pipeline health

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B partner, channel, or alliance marketing within SaaS or enterprise tech
• Track record of executing joint GTM programs that drive measurable pipeline growth
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools like HubSpot
• Intermediate to advanced AI fluency using generative AI tools for content and optimization
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex multi-party projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain, cybersecurity, or FinTech
• Experience managing relationships with major data providers like Fireblocks, Databricks, or AWS
• Familiarity with the regulatory and compliance landscape of digital assets
