About the role
Responsibilities
- Define, create, and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for large global and regional partners in the APAC region.
- Build and scale marketing campaigns and activities, including webinars and both online and in-person events.
- Develop compelling joint solution marketing content, such as product videos, customer success stories, demos, and presentations.
- Partner with GSI/RSI engagement teams to communicate value propositions through multichannel approaches.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Corporate, Field, Customer, and Campaign Marketing teams to drive partner awareness and demand generation.
- Work with Marketing Operations to measure and report on pipeline creation, conversion, and ROI.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Partner Marketing enablement within the B2B software industry.
- Proven experience executing webinars and various event formats to support integrated campaigns.
- Strong content development skills for creating high-impact marketing assets.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent field.
- Proficiency with marketing and sales tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, Wrike, or Crossbeam.
Preferred Qualifications
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive marketing strategies and decisions.
- Experience working with large Global System Integrators (GSIs) on branding and demand generation.
- Ability to act as a self-starter in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills to maintain long-term partnerships with partner colleagues.
