Principal - Organisation Design & Restructuring

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex organization design and restructuring projects from analysis through to implementation and stabilization
• Advise C-level clients on operating models, governance structures, and decision-making architectures
• Design tailored operating models for national and global clients in international setups
• Manage multiple workstreams and interdisciplinary teams while navigating complex stakeholder landscapes
• Drive business development initiatives to expand client relationships and position Mercer as a market thought leader
• Coach and develop team members to ensure high-quality consulting delivery and professional growth

Requirements

• Extensive experience in leadership roles within organization design, restructuring, or management consulting
• Proven expertise in operating model design, governance, and decision architectures
• Significant experience working directly with C-level stakeholders
• Strong business development skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent command of both German and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to deliver pragmatic, high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment
