Principal or Senior Principal, Anthropic AI Solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise AI solutions using Anthropic technologies, including LLM integrations, agentic workflows, and RAG pipelines.
• Act as a practitioner-seller, spending approximately 40% of time on technical delivery and 60% on technical pre-sales and pipeline conversion.
• Build and operationalize Claude Code and Cowork deployments, including custom skills and MCP connector development.
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert to guide architecture decisions, model usage, and enterprise deployment patterns.
• Lead AI enablement programs, including designing training curricula and running workshops for enterprise clients.
• Partner with account teams to translate client needs into actionable solutions, technical discovery, and credible proposals.
• Develop enterprise AI governance frameworks, access models, and deployment patterns to ensure responsible adoption.

Requirements

• 7–12+ years of professional experience, including significant time in a client-facing technical or advisory role.
• Direct experience with Claude Enterprise, Claude Code, or Cowork in a professional deployment context.
• Hands-on experience designing and building with large language model APIs (Claude, OpenAI, or equivalent) in production.
• Working knowledge of the MCP (Model Context Protocol) ecosystem and tool/connector frameworks.
• Experience with agentic AI architectures, including multi-step reasoning, tool use, and agent orchestration.
• Proven experience managing individual revenue targets (typically $750k to $1.5M).
• Ability to work in a hybrid model, living within commutable distance of listed East Region offices with 25-35% travel.
