Principal, Operational Strategy

Responsibilities

• Translate executive priorities into executable programs, including program charters, roadmaps, and decision points.
• Lead cohesive solution and operating-model design by assessing current-state processes, technology, and data flows.
• Own end-to-end program development, portfolio integration, and execution planning across multiple business lines.
• Drive disciplined program management with rigor around scope, timeline, budget, risks, and dependencies.
• Manage change management and adoption efforts to embed new processes and tools into daily workflows.
• Develop compelling business narratives and executive-ready materials for senior leadership and steering committees.
• Track value realization and business impact by defining success metrics and quantifying benefits.
• Support M&A integration workstreams, translating integration priorities into actionable operational plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in large-scale transformation, management consulting, or business operations.
• Deep knowledge of alternative investment asset classes, including Credit, Private Equity, Real Assets, and Secondaries.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives across Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Finance.
• Proficiency in program management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to simplify complex, ambiguous issues into clear recommendations.
• Excellent executive-level communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in client experience transformation or deal pipeline management.
• Experience in treasury, banking, or liquidity operations transformation.
• Prior people management experience.
