About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic direction of OT across Adults and Children’s Services
- Strengthen OT pathways and embed strengths-based, person-centred practice
- Drive key elements of the Adult Social Care transformation programme
- Provide expert professional leadership, governance and quality assurance
- Support workforce development and influence training and practice priorities
- Use performance data to drive quality, improvement and consistency
Requirements
- HCPC-registered OT (DipCOT / BSc or equivalent)
- Strong social care OT background with leadership/management experience
- Proven ability to lead service improvement and influence senior stakeholders
- Confidence in driving change, redesigning pathways and embedding new models
- Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills
