Principal, NikeSKIMS Product Business Integration

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight for NikeSKIMS footwear and accessories product lines
• Establish and champion the product creation process to ensure a cohesive vision across the product lifecycle
• Build new strategies, processes, and tools in collaboration with the Product and Merchandising Operations team
• Facilitate product and merchandising excellence on a seasonal basis
• Lead workstreams to ensure projects are delivered on-time and within budget
• Act as a strategic creative partner to cross-functional teams including Design, Development, and Merchandising

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
• 8+ years of experience in Product, Consumer, or Operations roles
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence leadership
• Strong resource management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and synthesize complex problems into actionable opportunities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• A strong passion for the Nike brand
