Principal Mixed-Signal Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and select mixed-signal subsystem implementation architectures
• Design challenging transistor-level mixed-signal integrated circuits using FinFET technologies
• Lead mixed-signal integrated circuit subsystem development efforts
• Prepare effective design documents and conduct design reviews
• Mentor mixed-signal design engineers
• Guide mixed-signal integrated circuit layout, evaluation, and testing

Requirements

• MS in Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years of mixed-signal integrated circuit development experience
• Deep understanding of data converter architectures and specifications or SerDes PHY architectures and specifications
• Deep understanding of mixed-signal design fundamentals, tools, and methodologies
• Solid understanding of the IC product development lifecycle, including design, verification, evaluation, test, and qualification
• Proven experience developing challenging mixed-signal integrated circuits for commercial applications
• Strong technical leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
