Principal Mixed Signal Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of complex mixed-signal systems to ensure high performance and reliability
• Design wireline transmitters, receivers, and mixed-mode DFE designs
• Implement clock and data recovery circuits and collaborate on VCO/PLL designs
• Apply expertise in wireline equalization using both analog and digital methods
• Design custom high-speed digital circuits and integrate designs into larger systems
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
• Present design concepts and technical results to key stakeholders

Requirements

• BSEE required; MSEE preferred
• 7+ years of experience in system design, architecture engineering, and design integration
• Proven experience in RF, High Speed CMOS, or data converter design
• Expertise in FinFET (16nm, 5nm) or fine-line planar analog CMOS (28nm)
• Proficiency in digitally-assisted high-speed analog design
• Experience with SW-defined CMOS communications or radar system design
• Excellent presentation, writing, and communication skills
