We work with pioneering clients to develop their technology, design their products, and bring those products to production across sectors like biomedical instruments, microfluidics, and robotics.
Responsibilities
- Support and mentor product development teams to advance new technologies and bring products to market
- Act as a technical backstop for project teams, assisting with complex design problems
- Coach engineers on soft skills including project management, writing proposals, and budget reviews
- Lead and support teams of 3-15 engineers depending on project scope and complexity
Requirements
- S. in mechanical engineering or a related field
- Experience in consulting
- Experience leading technical teams and providing mentorship/coaching
- Proficiency in 3D CAD (Solidworks preferred)
- Experience with various manufacturing processes such as injection molding, machining, sheet metal, and casting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing biomedical or automation products
