Principal, Materials & Packaging Solution Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the digital strategy and execution for direct materials and packaging sourcing
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate sourcing processes using RPA and AI
• Drive the adoption of procurement technologies such as e-sourcing, SRM, and analytics platforms
• Partner with category managers to enhance sourcing strategies through data insights and should-cost modeling
• Establish data governance and develop dashboards for KPIs including cost savings and supplier performance
• Map and optimize procurement processes to improve efficiency and scalability
• Integrate digital tools for supply risk monitoring and ESG compliance tracking
• Act as a bridge between Procurement, Technology, Finance, and manufacturing sites to lead change management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in procurement, digital transformation, or procurement technology
• Proven experience implementing procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, or Ivalua
• Strong proficiency in automation technologies including RPA, AI, and workflow tools
• Advanced data analytics and dashboarding skills
• Experience managing large, complex projects and end-to-end operations delivery
• Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to present to executives
• Experience working in matrixed and globally distributed environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CPSM, CPIM, or PMP
• Experience leading enterprise-wide procurement digital transformations
• Strong change management mindset and ability to coach and mentor team members
