About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the business, clinical, and technical expert for the Cranial and Spinal Technologies (CST) enabling technology portfolio.
  • Formulate short- and long-term strategies for the commercialization and market development of enabling technology products.
  • Execute downstream marketing activities for software, capital equipment, and imaging systems within the spine and cranial markets.
  • Design and implement product marketing plans, including business plans, pricing, sales/revenue forecasts, and inventory management.
  • Provide clinical support and drive engagement and product awareness with surgeons.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and primary market research.
  • Gather Voice of Customer (VOC) input to support product development and utilization.
  • Create campaigning materials, product advertisements, and provide sales training.
  • Travel 25%-50% domestically and internationally for customer events, trade shows, and partner meetings.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business, Management, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a product specialist/manager or sales representative/manager for Spinal Medical Device products.
  • Proven experience in downstream marketing within the spine market.
  • Experience providing clinical support and driving engagement with surgeons.
  • Experience designing product marketing plans, including pricing and revenue forecasting.
  • Experience conducting market research and gathering Voice of Customer (VOC) input.
  • Ability to work onsite in Lafayette, CO, at least 4 days a week.
