About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily activities to deliver high-quality development hardware on-time for New Product Introduction (NPI) teams.
  • Lead operational program management activities for small-scale projects, ensuring cross-functional coordination and alignment with program objectives.
  • Support Manufacturing Readiness Assessments and collaborate on cross-functional program plans.
  • Manage builds for development programs, maintaining accountability for schedules, financial performance, and critical customer deliveries.
  • Communicate material availability, resource planning, configuration management, and quality performance schedules.
  • Coordinate with Production Control, Procurement, Master Scheduling, and Engineering to ensure material accuracy and production readiness.
  • Utilize lean principles and RTX CORE to recommend solutions that mitigate delays and improve cost performance.

Requirements

  • University Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years of experience.
  • Experience with SAP or other MRP systems in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing and operations.
  • Experience in direct or cross-functional leadership of teams or projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Must possess an active Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with production operations specifically related to New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
  • Project management experience with a focus on lifecycle management.
